NOW THE ‘SNEAKY TRUTH’ COMES OUT – IT’S AZMIN CARTEL’S FEAR OF AN EMBARRASSING MOTION TO SACK HIM, ZURAIDA & HILMAN THAT’S BEHIND THEIR SHOCK OUTBURST OF LOOSE CANON POLITICKING : PKR LEADER MOCKS ‘NO CONFIDENCE VOTE’ THREAT AGAINST ANWAR – WARNS ‘RETALIATION’ THE MORE LIKELY CASE

PETALING JAYA – A senior leader in PKR aligned to Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim warns of retaliation if supporters of Datuk Seri Azmin Ali go ahead with their plans to call for a motion of no confidence against the party president.

PKR central leadership council (MPP) member Datuk Abdullah Sani Abdul Hamid said he could propose a motion to sack Azmin, who is party deputy president, and his allies on grounds that they had been absent from party meetings for more than three times in a row without a valid excuse.

“If they want to call for a motion of no-confidence against the party president who did not breach the party constitution, I too can retaliate by pushing a motion to sack Azmin, vice-president Zuraida Kamaruddin, and deputy Youth chief Hilman Idham,” he said on Sunday (Dec 1).

Abdullah Sani said it was an offence to be absent from party meetings more than three times in a row, in accordance with Clause 23 (6) of the party constitution.

He said this when commenting on a joint statement issued by a group of Youth leaders calling for a motion of no-confidence against Anwar for allegedly undermining the party’s reformation agenda by sacking leaders who were not aligned to the leadership.

The group called on leaders including MPP members to push for a motion of no-confidence against Anwar.

Abdullah Sani said it was up to the permanent chairman to accept or reject motions pushed during the congress.

“It is up to the permanent chairman to decide if a motion should be debated and voted,” he said.
