My comments :
What ? ?
The “high income nation” has become just b.s.
They have stopped talking about achieving ‘high income nation’.
Now they are unrolling SHIP? Super high income program ? ?
And to all you potential SHIP candidates out there, this is just a marketing pitch to get more bumi candidates to borrow money.
Read this part again : “the courses under Bank Rakyat financing, duration three and five years.”
Duration three to five years? Wah so long ah? Harvard MBA pun kalah.
So after three to five years and hutang so much money, what type of degree or MBA do you get? After 3 – 5 years of training you should get a reputable university MBA degree.
Takkan after training for 3 – 5 years and borrowing so much money, you just get a piece of paper that says ‘I am now a SHIP’ ?
Silap-silap it could be ‘I am now full of sh_t’.
And what is the meaning of sentences like this :
“40% target to develop 40,000 bumi talents by 2020 has been achieved”
This is so specific. What exactly is meant by ‘bumi talent’? What about those tens of thousands of bumi graduates being manufactured by the gomen universities? They have no talent?
They go through four years of university education. Then they are becoming nasi lemak sellers, janitors (cuci jamban) and Uber taxi drivers.
Few will make it to High Income Nation.
Do you think they will now be eligible for the Super High Income Program?
