DAP and its minions in Pakatan Harapan are turning the next general election into a Malays versus Chinese affair. But this time it is going to be worse than in May 1969 because this time it includes Islamophobia as well. In May 1969 Kit Siang and DAP just attacked the Malays. Today, Kit Siang and DAP are attacking Islam as well. And a religious conflict is more explosive than a race conflict.
NO HOLDS BARRED
If you were to watch Chinese kungfu movies you will see one nerdy Chinaman take on 100 baddies and beat the shit out of them. It is just like in the old John Wayne ‘Wild, Wild, West’ movies where he takes on 100 Injuns and with just one shot ten Injuns fall dead.
Anyway, that is in the movies. In real life the Chinese are not really as tera (comes from the English word terror) as the movies depict them. You can see this from the comments by these Dapsters and Pakatuns in my last few articles (in fact, in all my articles over the last few years since 2011). They keep grumbling whenever they get kicked or slapped. They moan, groan and bitch whenever they are on the receiving end. So these so-called tera people are not really that tera after all.
But then this is just it. If these Dapsters and Pakatuns want to play using Queensberry rules then well and fine. But then you, too, need to observe Queensberry rules. If, however, you want to use no holds barred street fighting rules, then the rule is there are no rules.
So these Dapsters and Pakatuns need to make up their minds. When they hit others they apply no holds barred street fighting rules. To them this is fair, just, and so on (they call it democracy and freedom of speech to justify what they do). But when they get hit in return using no holds barred street fighting methods, they scream about how unfair and unjust that is.
Look, you cannot kick someone in the groin and then say hitting below the belt is a foul. Once the gloves come off the gloves come off. No holds barred street fighting means no holds barred street fighting. You cannot suddenly scream Queensberry rules when you find no holds barred street fighting too hot to handle. Have you not heard the saying ‘if you cannot stand the heat then get out of the kitchen’?
Malaysian politics has always been about race, religion, education, Malay rights and privileges a.k.a. Article 153, citizenship, the National Language, and so on. These are the issues raised during the election campaign (which stretches for five years from one general election till the next) and are the reason why Malaysians vote for one party or the other. So you just cannot exclude race, religion, education, Malay rights and privileges a.k.a. Article 153, citizenship, the National Language, etc., from the fight.
Kit Siang and his ilk played the race card in the May 1969 general election
The problem is, since way back in 1969, the opposition has been using race, religion, education, Malay rights and privileges a.k.a. Article 153, citizenship, the National Language, and more, to win votes. When they hit the government they use issues related to race, religion, education, Malay rights and privileges a.k.a. Article 153, citizenship, the National Language, etc. And that was the very reason why the 13th May 1969 race riots exploded — because Lim Kit Siang and the rest of his opposition people used race and religion as their main election campaign strategy.
When Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad ousted the First Prime Minister, Tunku Abdul Rahman, he used race as his platform and within 16 months the Tunku was forced to step down. Mahathir actually blamed the Tunku for the May 13 race riots and said it was because the Tunku gave the Chinese too much face and this had made the Malays angry, which was why they came out to slaughter the Chinese. The Chinese need to be taught a lesson and be put in their place, Mahathir told the Tunku.
Mahathir used race to oust Tunku Abdul Rahman
After the 2013 general election, Mahathir repeated this mantra. This time he said Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak was neglecting the Malays and was giving the Chinese too much face. It is the Malays who vote for Umno and Umno’s survival is in the hands of the Malays while the Chinese will vote DAP never mind whatever you do for them, said Mahathir. So it is pointless and a waste of time to layan the Chinese who are not grateful anyway when it is the Malays who keep you in power and yet you neglect them.
Yes, in 1969-1970 that was how Mahathir ousted the Tunku. And he used this mantra a second time in 2013 to try to oust Najib. And you know what? In spite of this anti-Chinese rhetoric, the Chinese have chosen Mahathir as their new de facto Opposition Leader. And when this hypocrisy is pointed out, Superman Hew explains to his Chinese audience that Kit Siang is merely using the Malays to screw the Malays and Mahathir is mainly Kit Siang’s sundal (Malay for bitch).
Mahathir is merely Kit Siang’s sundal, says Superman Hew
These are the no holds barred street fighting methods that DAP is using against Najib, Umno and Barisan Nasional. The rule here is there are no rules. Anything goes. So why are the Chinese, Dapsters and Pakatuns moaning, groaning, bitching and grumbling? They are the ones who set the rules and the other side is just playing according to these rules: meaning no rules.
And this is the main problem with the Chinese. They like to hit below the belt but scream when you do the same. They apply one set of rules for themselves but they want others to use a different set of rules. They can draw blood but you must not. They are allowed to kick you but you must only punch and with one hand tied behind your back.
Who the hell do these Chinese think they are? They argue that Chinese schools and Chinese education are their right because this is stated in the Federal Constitution of Malaysia. They say that Sharia laws must not be allowed because the Federal Constitution of Malaysia clearly states that Malaysia is a Secular country. I have read the Federal Constitution of Malaysia from cover to cover many times, in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, and I cannot find this stated anywhere. Maybe they are reading the Chinese translation of the Federal Constitution of Malaysia.
When they attack Najib they use personal issues and attack his wife and children as well (under the disguise of freedom of information). Has Najib, Umno or Barisan Nasional ever attacked them back using personal issues or attacked their family members?
Najib, Umno and Barisan Nasional have never once talked about Anwar Ibrahim’s son and Sukma Darmawan Sasmita Atmadja being spotted at gay clubs (remember Sukma who was jailed for six months for having gay sex with Anwar?). In fact, Najib, Umno and Barisan Nasional have known about this for more than ten years and the Special Branch even has photographs to prove this. But never once did they use this evidence to attack Anwar like what the opposition would have done if they had photographs of Najib’s son doing the same.
The same with Nurul Izzah Anwar. Najib, Umno and Barisan Nasional know that Nurul’s ex-husband caught her with another young man, one of the PKR workers from Lembah Pantai, in an apartment. They know when that happened, the apartment address, plus who that young man is. But Najib, Umno and Barisan Nasional never used this information to embarrass Anwar, Nurul or Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail.
Nika Gee, Muhyiddin’s long term mistress who he shared with another man
Muhyiddin Yassin’s affair with Nika Gee, another man’s wife, is a very old story because they have been sleeping together since the time Muhyiddin was the Johor Menteri Besar. Nevertheless, in spite of how viciously Muhyiddin attacked Najib, they still did not use this secret against him. It was Malaysia Todaythat revealed this secret and even then only after the matter was filed in court and the date of the hearing confirmed. Malaysia Today kept this secret for years and did not reveal it until it became public.
And the same with DAP. They, too, played the religion card and now protest when they get hit back. DAP was angry with the PAS President, Abdul Hadi Awang, for not supporting their candidate for the post of Selangor Menteri Besar. DAP wanted Wan Azizah while Hadi supported Azmin.
DAP tried to oust Hadi as the PAS President because he supported Azmin instead of Wan Azizah as the Selangor Menteri Besar
Because of this DAP tried to oust Hadi but failed. Hadi and his team garnered 80% of the votes while the challengers were all wiped out. DAP then told the ‘Team B’ to leave PAS and start a new party. DAP thought that since they garnered 20% of the votes that would mean 200,000 PAS members would leave to join the new party. But then this new party, PAN, managed to get only 20,000 members. So it was an epic disaster.
To hide the real reason and to justify why they want Hadi ousted, they used the Sharia Amendment Bill a.k.a. RUU355 as the excuse. They said Hadi was trying to turn Malaysia into an Islamic State and that non-Muslims would be subjected to Hudud laws where their hands would be cut off and rapists would never get convicted since you need four witnesses to prove rape.
This was a downright lie and Islamophobia at its worst. It was a hate campaign against Islam. DAP wanted to split the Malays (which is why they also support Mahathir’s Pribumi) and they used Islam as the medium for that. This is worse than the 13th of May 1969. In May 1969 it was a race riot. The next riot is going to be religion based. And a conflict on religion is worse than a conflict on race as Serbia, Bosnia, the partition of India, the ongoing Middle East conflict, etc., have proven.
Kit Siang used to label Mahathir as Malaysia’s Number One Racist but now Malaysia’s Number One Racist is Kit Siang’s sundal
