AIRASIA X FLIGHTS DELAYED BY RUPTURED FUEL LINE AT KLIA2

KUALA LUMPUR – Flights from Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 will be delayed until tomorrow due to a ruptured airport fuel line, AirAsia X said today.

In a statement, the low-cost airline said, the rupture prevented aircraft from refuelling at all P bay gates at the airport.

“We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. The incident occurred during maintenance work by Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd.

“A total of 4,564 passengers on 14 AirAsia X flights departing between 6.00pm today and 1.00am tomorrow will be affected,” it said.
