This year’s Easter buffet brunch extravaganza at the Ritz Carlton involves selections that range from a ‘live’ carving station to a chocolate buffet counter.
There will also be a special buffet area dedicated to the little ones, along with activities such as an Easter egg hunt and a guest appearance by none other than the Easter Bunny.

5. The White Rabbit at Dempsey
Bouncy castle, fluffy candy floss – the lil’ ones will be well taken care of if you choose to have your Easter brunch at The White Rabbit restaurant tucked away in Dempsey.
The restaurant, which is in a restored chapel, will also be serving a buffet spread of modern European classics as well as special mains for children such as haddock fish fingers and meatball linguine.
There will also be a carving station so meat lovers might want to look out for that.
Oh, and all adult diners will be entitled to one signature gin and tonic, or a glass of house wine. Adults can also have their kind of fun at Easter too!

6. Pete’s Place at Grand Hyatt
Who wouldn’t enjoy a good Italian meal – especially one at the rustic Pete’s Place located at the basement of Grand Hyatt Singapore.
Spending your Easter Sunday at an Italian joint like Pete’s Place will get you a good variety of pastas as well as some meat options like wood-roasted yellow chicken with lemon and rosemary and oven-roasted whole brill with sauce grenoble at the carving station.

10. Chocolate Animal Kingdom At Element’s Easter Buffet Brunch
Element at Amara Singapore’s Easter Sunday brunch will feature favourites such as prime roast of Australian beef and hot cross buns.
The dessert station will serve liquid nitrogen ice cream and dragon’s breath sweet. There will be hand-crafted chocolate bunnies, ducklings, chicks and eggs.

11. Easter Goodies And Champagne Brunch At Pan Pacific
Hot cross buns, chocolate candy boxes and classic matryoshka dark chocolate are among Pacific Marketplace’s Easter takeaway goodies.
On Easter Sunday, enjoy a four-hour Champagne Brunch with unlimited Veuve Clicquot and items such as Boston lobsters and roasted USDA prime ribs.
